This is a wonderful family who puts on great events. Mostly relay walks and runs. My expereince is participating in 4/5 of the Cascade Lakes Relay Walks and the first Hells Canyon Relay. I really like the Smith Rock Race Group. Christopher and his family are very caring people and try really hard to make each event a great experience. I hope to do more of their events in 2013. (It's really nice that they are really supportive of walkers-if you look at their title it is a race group). This is their home page.

This is an awesome event. If you enjoy heat, dust, roaming cattle, less traffic and fewer teams then this is the relay for you. I've participated in all but the first year's event. I'm hooked.
