I recently learned about a couple who walked all the streets in the 5 boroughs of New York City in 1934. Matt Green has done this too. I emailed him to ask if he knew anything about the Storie couple. Thomas D. and Catherine Storie  were called 'America's Walkingest Couple'. They always walked in cities, no hiking trails, and walked in many other cities over the years.
Matt Green did some research and found two articles about them. I am posting the links here.
