This is more about marathon running and spiritual enlightenment. I have always been fascinated by the Marathon Monks.

Adventure Associates is an outdoor adventure travelling company. I have been on 3 of their trips and I was quite satisfied with my adventure trips. Hawaii, Copper Canyon and two ski trips. They support the communities that they travel through.

ScoutI am an avid walker and hiker. My favorite is a long hike. I also enjoy taking off and going on a meandering walk for a few hours. I've hiked rim to rim in the Grand Canyon and I did 3 Burning Boot Walks on Vancouver Island. Archives
